What's included is often 3-5 night stay and airfare from a major airport (LAX or JFK, for example) as well as travel dates during a less popular time of year. I enjoyed both experiences greatly and felt it was completely fair. I booked my travel to Iceland and Japan from Groupon (although technically Groupon is the middle man to a lesser-known booking site).
